2) How long were you involved with the class/personal training?
I have been training with Vionna for almost two years. I took her prenatal fitness class during my pregnancy and now take her Mom & Baby class.
3) Did you exercise or take yoga prior to taking the class/personal training? If so, what type of activity were you involved in?
I mostly ran and did some weight training.
4) What did you like mosts about the class/personal training? Why did you decide to take the class/personal training?
I liked that Vionna knew which exercises we could and could not do during pregnancy and that she was able to select excercises that nonetheless gave us a good workout.
5) How do you think you benefited from the class/personal trainging? Do you tink it affected your labor and delivery?
I had an easy pregnancy and an easy delivery. I think that being physically fit allowed me to have the stamina to get through my labor.
6) Do you that that exercise during your pregnancy has made a difference in helping to regain your pre-pregnancy fitness level?
Yes. It has been four months since I gave birth, and I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight (2-3 lbs to go!) and my muscle tone appears to be returning fairly quickly.
7) Is there anyting else you'd like to share?
Vionna is a great trainer because she doesn't allow me to cut corners and slack off . . . I need that kick in the butt! |
