Little Yogis Program for Children

Today’s children live very busy lifestyles: school, soccer practice, dance class, play dates, etc. As a result, children can become stressed out, just like adults. Yoga is a great way for children to unwind, relax and have fun all while becoming stronger and more confident.

Fit in DC's Little Yogi's Program for children helps our little yogis to:
