Fitness/Postural Assessment
Each potential new client is required to have a fitness/postural assessment. During this assessment, the trainer and potential new client will discuss the client's fitness goals and health history. This discussion is followed by an assessment of the client's individual fitness level and posture. Body fat, BMI, target heart rate zones and blood pressure can be measured/determined during the assessment. The information gathered in this assessment will be used by the trainer to design a safe, effective and personalized workout for the client.

This package includes the assessment described above plus all of
the equipment that you will need to measure and record the results
of your workouts (a 12-week fitness log, pedometer and heart rate
monitor). In addition, you will have an initial consultation with
Holistic Health Counselor and Food Educator Kimberly Rush-Lynch
of Cultivating Health.

Individual Personal Training
Sessions
All personal training sessions are one hour in length and are paid
for in advance to reserve your time. We will come up with an arrangement
to fit your budget. Payments are non-refundable. 1-2 sessions per week =$70/session
3 or more sessions per week= $65/session
Personalized In-Home Training
Sessions
Let Fit in DC come to you! Up to three people may take part in the
sessions. All sessions are paid for in advance. Call to inquire
about availability.
1-2 sessions per week =$90/session and up
3 or more sessions per week =$85/session and up
On-line Fitness Training/Phone
Coaching
Do you travel a lot for work, which prevents you from coming to
the gym on a regular basis? Do the prices above seem a little out
of your price range? On-line Fitness Training and Phone Coaching
is the solution.
On-line Fitness Training gives you access to the
knowledge, discipline and motivation of a personal trainer even
if you are not able to meet on a regular basis. Personalized fitness
programs can be downloaded from the internet onto your PDA, IPod
or computer.
We will schedule two or three Phone Coaching sessions
per week to discuss your progress. These sessions are 15 minutes
in length. A three month commitment is required.
On-line Fitness Program Prices vary. Please

Phone Coaching Sessions= $15/session
Small Group Personal Training
Groups of 2-4 can work out together-regardless of fitness level!
Each person will work out simultaneously for one hour. All sessions
are paid for in advance. We will come up with an arrangement to
fit your budget. Payments are non-refundable.
1-2 sessions per week =$40/session/person
3 or more sessions per week =$35/session/person
Starter Program
The Starter Program includes a fitness assessment, two personal training sessions per week, a fitness/nutrition log, a pedometer and a heart rate monitor. This is a great way to establish a commitment to achieving your fitness goals!
Six Week Starter Program= $940

Twelve Week Starter Program= $1720
Maintenance Program
You can continue all of the progress you made through your starter program with a maintenance program. The maintenance programs include two sessions per week.

Nutrition CD
Your eating habits are the key your success in achieving your fitness
goals. You can create menus easily on your own with the Fit in DC
Nutrition CD. Cost per CD= $30
12-Week Fitness/Nutrition
Logs
All new clients are required to purchase a fitness/nutrition log.
The fitness/nutrition logs are used to keep track of your daily
workouts (both with a trainer and on your own) and to monitor your
daily eating habits. It is easy to observe your progress with these
easy to use logs.
Cost per log= $20
