This package includes the assessment described above plus all of the equipment that you will need to measure and record the results of your workouts (a 12-week fitness log, pedometer and heart rate monitor).

During the assessment, the trainer and potential new
client will discuss the client's fitness goals and health history. This discussion
is followed by an assessment of the client's individual fitness level and posture.
Body fat, BMI, target heart rate zones and blood pressure can be measured/determined
during the assessment. The information gathered in this assessment will be used by
the trainer to design a safe, effective and personalized workout for the client.
